March Member Spotlight: Stefan’s Journey to Strength and Confidence

Stefan joined Elevate in July 2025 with a clear goal in mind. As he approached retirement, he wanted to lose weight, become more active, build strength, and—most importantly—learn how to confidently navigate the gym on his own.

At the start of his journey, Stefan wasn’t very familiar with strength training. Over the next seven months, he committed to training three times per week, focusing on building strength while continuing to do his cardio independently. He primarily trained with Chris and Wesley, and also worked with Nathan, Griffin, and Aidan along the way.

One thing that stood out from day one was Stefan’s consistency and attitude. He regularly arrived early to warm up and was always ready to work hard. He embraced new exercises, asked questions, and stayed open to learning—an approach that made all the difference.

The results speak for themselves. After seven months of consistent training, along with completing the Elevate 30-Day Nutrition Plan, Stefan not only achieved his weight loss goal, but also increased his muscle mass and reduced his body fat percentage.

Perhaps the most rewarding outcome of all: Stefan is now fully confident working out on his own and heading into retirement feeling strong, capable, and energized.
