Eating seasonally is an important part of the ideal diet. By eating foods grown locally and in-season you increase the nutrient value and enhance flavor of your meals. This meal plan includes recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two snacks to help keep you feeling full, keep your blood sugar stable and cravings at bay. It’s the spookiest time of year, but there’s nothing scary about this menu. With 14 recipes and 5 snack ideas, you’ll be feeling far from bored and will have brand new meals to add to you repertoire. At Elevate we believe in giving our clients every opportunity to come and train with us. That’s why you will find that we are the only studio on the North Shore that is opened on stat holidays and weekends.

We are opened 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9pm Monday to Friday, and on Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 7am to 3pm.
