At Elevate our Registered Holistic Nutritionist will assess your current nutrition habits in person through an initial consultation and will then arrange a follow-up session bi-weekly to keep you accountable and focused every step of the way.

OUR OPENING HOURS

At Elevate we believe in giving our clients every opportunity to come and train with us. That’s why you will find that we are the only studio on the North Shore that is opened on stat holidays and weekends.

We are opened 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9pm Monday to Friday, and on Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 7am to 3pm.
