Pole dance fitness has become extremely popular all over the world. In general, it has gained popularity as a form of exercise with increased awareness of the benefits to general strength and fitness.

This form of exercise increases core and general body strength by using the body itself as resistance, while toning the body as a whole. It’s also an excellent way to increase flexibility.

New to Pole Fitness?

Thinking about trying Pole dancing for the first time? Then come to one of our taster classes to discover and experience what Pole Dance Fitness is all about. Our taster Classes are for absolute beginners who have never done pole before and who’d like to give it a try before signing up to a 6 Week Beginner Course.

Taster Class: Every Sunday at 11am.

6 Week course: Every Sunday at 12pm and Tuesday at 5pm. (Please sign up to confirm your actual start date).

What is involved in a Pole Fitness Class?

A typical Pole Dance Fitness Class begins with a warm-up incorporating strength training, dance-based moves, and conditioning exercises like squats, push ups, and sit-ups.

Gradually the spins, climbs, and inversions are integrated into the class. Among its many benefits, pole dancing is also a great way to boost self-confidence. 

The simple act of climbing a pole is an incredible display of strength. It’s no surprise that most pole dancers insist they have never looked or felt better!

Private Classes

Are you looking for some private lessons? Our private classes are for individuals and groups of up to 3 people. 

The private sessions are great as a supplement or alternative to group classes. Perhaps you are working towards a competition or performance and have a very specific goal in mind, or are struggling with a particular move or transition and want a whole lesson of individual attention to finally nail it! Private classes usually take place at our studio in the daytime or at weekends. 

Our 1 on 1 classes start at $65 a session. The cost for 2 people is $55 a session and for 3 people it will $45 a session. 

Private Group Classes

If you are looking to do some private classes with family members or friends why not sign up for your own 6 week course today and choose a time and day that suits your group best. Must have at least 3 to 5 people to confirm your class.

Cost: $45 to $27 per person (depending on size of group).

POLE DANCE COURSES

Join a Pole Dancing Course to learn pole in the best way. Elevate have Pole Dance Fitness courses for Beginners to advanced.

We teach all levels of pole dancing, from Beginners to advanced. On every 6 week course you’ll learn a whole variety of the pole dancing tricks and spins appropriate for your level. You’ll get fitter, stronger and have loads of fun. Pole can get quite addictive! People love the combination of strength, agility and challenge you experience as you learn increasingly more impressive moves.

BACHELORETTE PARTY

Elevate’s Burlesque Parties are a fantastic way of celebrating with the girls on your stagette, Birthday party or just a fun girl’s night out in Vancouver.

Whether you’re looking for an afternoon activity or something to kick start your evening, Elevate’s Pole Dancing, Burlesque, Party Classes are a fantastic time to let your hair down and have loads of fun.

Each class is tailored specifically for your group so that you have the most fun! And if there is a special song that the stagette would like to learn a routine to, let us know so we can choreograph something especially for her and your group. Its all part of the experience!
