May Member Spotlight: Morgan’s personal journey to staying strong

The secret to staying strong is starting young.
Since starting her training with Griffin at Elevate in July 2025, Morgan has been on a serious upward trajectory—and it’s been exciting to see her progress.
As a high school student, Morgan came in new to fitness, but ready to work. In just a few months, she’s built strength across all of her major lifts while also levelling up her explosiveness through plyometric training. The results speak for themselves.
She recently hit two huge milestones: full push-ups from her toes and confidently landing box jumps on our highest 24” box. When it comes to her lifts, she’s just as dialled—pressing 45 lbs on the bench and powering through 175 lb hip thrusts like it’s part of her normal routine.
But what really sets Morgan apart isn’t just the numbers—it’s how she shows up. Every session, she’s focused, coachable, and all-in. That mindset has carried beyond Elevate too. She’s taken the initiative to enroll in her high school’s strength training class, applying what she’s learned in her one-on-one sessions to keep building strength with proper form.
Morgan is proof that consistency, effort, and a willingness to learn go a long way—especially when you build the foundations in your youth. We’re pumped to keep supporting her and see how far she takes this.
