Staying motivated and maintaining a consistent exercise routine can be challenging. This is where small group training plays a crucial role. Our personal trainers will serve as your coach, mentor, and cheerleader, providing the accountability you need to stay on track and pushing you beyond your limits. Together we will work as a team, and with all the other group members unwavering support and encouragement, you’ll also be less likely to give up on your fitness goals.

So how does it work?

Our small group training sessions are all about attention to detail, individual goal settings and progressions of a one-on-one training session put into a small group setting. Think of it as “happy Hour” for personal training. 

Performing exercises with proper form is essential for maximizing results and preventing injuries. Our personal trainers will closely monitor your technique, ensuring that you perform exercises correctly and efficiently. By mastering the proper form, you’ll target the right muscles and achieve better overall results, while minimizing the risk of setbacks.

We will work closely with you to define clear objectives, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, strength improvement, or athletic performance enhancement. We track your progress, regularly assessing your advancements and making necessary adjustments to your training plan. This ensures that you stay on course and experience continuous improvement.

This is commonly only seen in one-on-one training sessions, but we’re bringing it to the small group setting with a lower price point. The final cost will depend on how many people we have per group and time of day. Our goal is between 4 to 6 people max.  


COST: $40 - $65 + GST / SESSION


At Elevate we believe in giving our clients every opportunity to come and train with us. That’s why you will find that we are the only studio on the North Shore that is opened on stat holidays and weekends.

We are opened 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9pm Monday to Friday, and on Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 7am to 3pm.
