Personal Training for over 50’s
At Elevate we specialize in personal training for all ages and fitness levels. Our personal trainers and kinesiologists are highly experienced and are able to design a personalized fitness plan to suit your individual needs. We focus on agility, mobility, stability, and strength. Our strength exercises will train your muscles to work together while emphasizing core stability. Our balance exercises will incorporate “Brain Muves” for both cognitive and sensory aspects of balance. The last part focuses on postural alignment exercises, active range of motion, stretching and relaxation. All exercises can be adapted for seated or standing.
Pre & Post Natal Training
Prenatal training helps you stay in shape during your pregnancy while preparing for the changes after birth. Our certified personal trainers and kinesiologists fully understand the physiological changes that occur prenatally. Workouts are focused on specific areas of strength, posture and cardiovascular health so you can experience a comfortable, healthy pregnancy, and enjoy the advantage of a quicker recovery post-pregnancy.

Kinesiology - ICBC- Active Rehabilitation
Have you recently been in a car accident? Do you have an injury that just won’t go away? Elevate now offers active rehabilitation programs where our personal trainers and Kinesiologists work with other allied health care professionals or extended health benefit providers to create a program of exercise to strengthen weak muscles and re-balance your body.
Under our supervision, you will be taught how to complete each exercise in a proper and progressive manner to maximize your recovery and prevent re-injury. We also have a number of health care professionals to refer you to when we feel that you need further treatment outside of our abilities.
Online Personal Training / Home Personal Trainer
Elevate now offers home and online personal training plans, written specifically to meet your needs and goals. Our personal trainers will bring all the equipment you need for a fast, fun and effective session. If you have your own equipment we can make sure you get the most out of it and incorporate it into your training.
