Below you will find our 3 unique and successful programs that have delivered amazing results for hundreds of our clients, past and present. Each program is tailored and designed to suit your individual needs and abilities to ensure you reach your goals safely and effectively.
Each 30 minute or 60 minute session is designed to maximize your full potential for long term success.
Your first session is all about establishing your goals. In this session we will review your fitness history, injuries, muscle imbalances and measurements to keep you accountable and on track. Your second session, and the key part of each program, is all about educating you on nutrition and correct training technique.
Once you have completed your first two sessions, you will then be ready to execute your program at a level suited to your needs and goals. At the end of each month your progress and goals are reviewed and reassessed in order to keep your program on-track and up to date.

30 Day Express Program
Our Express program is designed for small body transformations. Whether you need a push to lose that last 10 pounds, could use some help with your current gym program, or you are just returning to fitness after some time away and need a kick-start. This 4 week program is all about maximum intensity in minimal time.

Our in house nutritionist will set out the do’s and don’t for your diet whilst our personal trainers design a custom fitness program using polar heart technology to maximize your caloric burn.
This 90 Day transformation is by far our most popular program as we deliver the results in a suitable time-frame for those looking to lose weight, gain muscle mass and develop healthy lifestyle habits.

Looking to lose 60lbs or more? Our Enhanced personal training program is designed to help you achieve more than just your weight loss and fitness goals. This 6 month program is designed to help change your health and lifestyle for good. We provide long-term solutions to help you lose fat and keep it off. Our in-depth knowledge coupled with thorough tracking, means we are there to adapt your program to hit your optimum performance, throughout the process.
Our enhanced program is also about working towards a new fitness challenge. What makes this program even more exciting, is not only do we design the training program for you, we will actually do the training event with you (depending on circumstances).
