At Elevate our personal training programs are designed to help you build muscle, become stronger, and improve cardio and core strength in just 12 weeks or less. Our team of personal trainers and professional kinesiologists are here to help build confidence by showing proper form and how to exercise and stretch the right way. Each of your workouts will be carefully designed and instructed by your trainer to maximize your strengths and weaknesses. All you have to do is just to show up.

Below you will find our 3 unique and successful programs that have delivered amazing results for all our clients, past and present. Each program is tailored and designed to suit your individual needs and abilities to ensure you reach your goals safely and effectively. 

Your first session and assessment is all about establishing your goals. In this session we will review your fitness history, injuries, muscle imbalances and measurements to keep you accountable and on track. Your second session, and the key part of each program, is all about educating you on nutrition and correct training technique.

Once you have completed your first three sessions, you will then be ready to execute your program at a level suited to your needs and goals. At the end of each month your progress and goals are reviewed and re-assessed in order to keep your program on-track and up to date.

Our programs and packages are all based on how many sessions you decide to do and if you are looking for nutritional support or just personal training. Our goal is to help you reach your goals, but more importantly find the right program to suit your needs and budget.  

30 Day Express Program

Our Express program is designed for small body transformations or improvements based on your goals. Whether you need a push to lose that last 10 pounds, could use some help with your current gym program, or you are just returning to fitness after some time away and need a kick-start. This 4 week program is all about maximum intensity in minimal time.

This 6 month program is designed to help change your health and lifestyle for good. We provide long-term solutions to help you lose fat and keep it off. Our in-depth knowledge coupled with thorough tracking, means we are there to adapt your program to hit your optimum performance, throughout the process.

Our enhanced program is also about working towards a new fitness challenge. What makes this program even more exciting, is not only do we design the training program for you, we will actually do the training event with you (depending on circumstances).
